Grapes Robert selected the varietals we grow based upon their resistance to peirces disease, ability to flourish in higher humidity and temperatures, and bud break timing. These are considerations for our particular needs in our area of East Texas and reflect our desire to be snchonized with the environment. We control the environment as nature intended using the sun and shade to our advantage while also encouraging air flow. All these factors, and more have led to the consistant production of some truly outstanding grapes. Our grapes are awesome and are sold out before the last harvest is in the bin. We have consistently produced very high quality grapes of the perfect mix of Brix and acidity. While we could sell them all to a single winery, we want to distribute them among several to increase the recognition of the varietals produced.
