The management of a grape vine is very similar to the management of an organization. Both carefully select the varietals needed to create the end product, both require constant detailed attention, continuing tuning, and both must be pruned regularly to optimize the quality. Our committment to you as a customer is to provide the absolute best quality for the best price produced with integrity, honesty, and joy. We are a niche producer - focused on producing the best results without concern for yeild. This frees us to concentrate on developing the right conditions to produce award winning results be it grapes or the operational efficiency of our customers. Our harvest, as small as it is, has a good demand for the fruit, but we reserve some to develop our speciality vinegar and juices. Yeah, we know it only makes sense to us. As long as our CPA is happy, we are happy with this arrangement. |
